Quality assurance employee (m/f/d)

As a proven family business, the Krebs Unternehmensgruppe We operate throughout Germany. Our core areas of expertise include corrosion protection work in shipbuilding, industry, and the offshore sector, as well as heavy-duty logistics.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, dynamic and flexible full-time quality assurance employee (m/f/d) for our Rostock location.

Area of ​​responsibility:

• Development of procedures for inspection and reporting of quality problems
• Monitoring of all quality-relevant processes
• Monitoring of QA/QC inspectors,
• Ensuring the reliability and consistency of production by reviewing processes and final output
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring their satisfaction
• Reporting incidents to project management to ensure immediate action
• Providing proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
• Review of current standards and guidelines
• Documentation of quality reports, statistical evaluations and relevant documents
• Ensuring compliance with all legal standards
• Communication with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections

What we expect:

• Successfully completed vocational training or studies in the field of quality management, technology or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a quality assurance employee or a relevant position
• Ideally, you have knowledge of quality management systems and standards
• FROSIO certificate advantageous
• Driving license class B
• Proficient use of MS Office products
• High level of performance and willingness to take responsibility
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Dedicated, independent and conscientious work as well as a self-confident demeanor
• Commitment, flexibility, teamwork, resilience and intercultural competence
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
