Technician in the field of corrosion protection (m/f/d)

The Krebs Unternehmensgruppe has been a family-run corrosion protection company since 1949, based in Hamburg and with other locations in northern Germany, with currently around 400 employees. We see ourselves as a system service provider in the areas of corrosion protection, heavy-duty logistics and industrial services onshore and offshore. As a family business run by the third generation, our focus is on maintaining value and securing the future for the generations to come.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, dynamic and flexible full-time technician (m/f/d) for our Hamburg location.
Area of responsibility:
- Operation and monitoring of disposable and reusable blasting systems as well as HDWS systems
- Setting up, adjusting and converting the machines according to specifications
- Ensuring smooth production processes through regular inspections and maintenance work
- Carrying out quality checks and ensuring product quality
- Troubleshooting minor issues and assisting with repairs
- Documentation of production data and quality controls
- Compliance with safety standards
- Transport of materials and equipment to the sites
What we expect:
- A successfully completed vocational training in a technical field such as machine and plant operator or industrial mechanic is an advantage
- Interest in corrosion protection and, if possible, initial professional experience in this field
- Cross entry possible
- Ideally, you have a technical understanding of various equipment and machines
- Driving license class B required and class BE/C/CE advantageous
- ADR certificate is desirable
- Good knowledge of German
- High level of performance and willingness to take responsibility
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Committed, independent and conscientious work as well as a confident demeanor
- Commitment, ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility
- Willingness to travel domestically (short assignments)
