Foreman for corrosion protection (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, dynamic and flexible foreman for corrosion protection (m/f/d) for our Rostock location in full-time!
Tasknarea:
- Supervisory activities in corrosion protection and surface technology on our construction sites
- Setting up the equipment and helping to design the construction site facilities
- Personnel management of the assigned teams
- Documentation of individual work steps
- Monitoring the progress of work on the treated areas
- Control and compliance with quality standards
- Supporting the construction management in maintaining construction diaries and progress reports
What we expect:
- A successfully completed vocational training in a trade is an advantage (preferably in the field of coating technology and corrosion protection)
- Several years experience
- Ideally you have a certificate of conformity
- FROSIO or NACE certificate advantageous, but not mandatory
- Driving license class BE
- Proficient use of MS Office products
- High level of performance and willingness to take responsibility
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Dedicated, independent and conscientious work as well as a self-confident demeanor
- Commitment, flexibility, teamwork, resilience and intercultural competence
- Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable
