Environmentally friendly corrosion protection with state-of-the-art robotics

Our robot-based coating process sets new standards in the offshore industry. The robot applies molten aluminum to monopiles, completely dust-free and under the highest safety standards. This reduces environmental impact and increases the longevity of your systems. Benefit from this innovative technology, which has already been successfully implemented in leading projects such as the Arkona wind farm. Perfect results – efficient and environmentally friendly.

ProCoat – The environmentally friendly coating material with versatile applications

Our patented coating material, made from recycled car tires, offers optimal solutions for a wide range of applications – from bridge structures to tank farms. ProCoat provides excellent thermal and sound insulation, high mechanical resistance, and flexible coating thicknesses. Rely on a sustainable, robust coating solution that withstands even the most extreme conditions.

Powder coating – efficient, robust and versatile

We offer cost-optimized solutions for steel and aluminum parts – from decorative coatings to C5+ corrosion protection. Our modern facilities coat parts up to 6 x 2,5 x 1,9 m in size to the highest quality standards. We also handle the pretreatment of your workpieces on-site: blasting, grinding, phosphating, and more. For maximum durability, we also offer thermoplastic coatings such as Abcite®, which are particularly elastic and extremely corrosion-resistant. Whether for series production or individual pieces, we guarantee short processing times and also handle all logistics.

Tank interior coating using hot spray products

Maximum protection for your tanks and containers. With our modern interior tank coating, we ensure that your systems are safe, conductive, and tested for the long term – ideal for the storage of aggressive substances such as acids and alkalis. As a certified specialist company according to WHG §19 I, we apply approved hot-spray products that meet the highest TÜV standards. Thanks to our efficient technology and precise workmanship, you receive a fast and environmentally friendly solution that perfectly protects your system – directly on-site.

Thermally sprayed zinc and aluminum alloys (TSA) for longer protection duration

Maximum corrosion resistance with thermally sprayed zinc and aluminum alloys (TSA). Effectively protect your steel and bridge structures from corrosion with TSA coatings that last longer than conventional systems. Thanks to self-healing properties, TSA reduces the need for inspections and lowers your maintenance costs. We perform this metallization both in-plant and directly on-site – in accordance with the highest quality standards such as DIN EN ISO 2063. Rely on long-lasting protection that safeguards your structures.

With our mobile corrosion protection, we bring proven quality directly to you. Whether it's bridges, tanks, lock gates, weirs, or other steel structures – we have the right coating for every corrosivity category. Our environmentally friendly blasting system (TRGS 519-compliant) saves you time and reduces disposal costs by reusing the blasting media. Even old coatings containing hazardous substances are no problem. Thanks to our in-house logistics, we are flexible and there for you exactly when you need us.

We offer corrosion protection for components weighing up to 8000 tons in three blasting halls (up to 9 meters long and 19 meters wide) on an area of ​​4,5 m². Our coatable components can be moved using modern overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 4,5 tons. We also offer heated coating halls and preservation booths up to 18,2 meters long.
